The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You ask what was deleted from a module, or which records to remove. It reads Zoho’s deletion history and the recycle bin, shows the records with who deleted them and when, and restores or deletes only the ones you approve.
- Deleted records stay in the Zoho CRM recycle bin for 60 days and can be restored exactly as they were.
- After 60 days they are gone for good. Nothing, including the assistant, can bring them back.
- Deleting asks for a final confirmation, and it removes up to 100 records per request.
