Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Contacts with no email or phone, a country typed four ways, deals with an amount of zero, contacts under the wrong company, tasks floating with no record. Each problem is small, but together they make every view and report wrong, and fixing them means building filters and opening records one at a time.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what looks wrong, such as “contacts with no email and no phone”. It reads the records, lists every one it found with the change it proposes, and writes nothing until you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Only the changes you approve, record by record. Each use case below says exactly which fields it writes. Updating more than 20 records in one go asks for a final confirmation, and it can change up to 200 records per request.
Mass Update writes one value to every record you select. The assistant can write a different value to each record, such as mapping several spellings to one, and shows you the list before it writes.
Yes. It works from the values in your CRM and the rules you give it. A rule that is too broad catches records you did not mean, so read the list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
