Clone CRM modules and follow every step
Build a new custom module from an existing module, follow its progress live, and review exactly what was copied and what needs your attention. More configuration tools and clearer setup make everyday CRM work easier too.
- Clone a standard or custom module into a new custom module, including supported fields and picklists, field permissions, layout sections, layout and validation rules, and custom views with their audiences. Field API names are preserved where Zoho accepts them, and unused fields are included by default.
- Review the clone plan, its Zoho API credit cost, and anything that cannot be copied before approving. Records, workflows, functions, and standard-module behaviours are not copied; formula expressions, additional layouts, and other unsupported elements are listed with their next steps. Partial results name what succeeded and what still needs attention.
- Follow confirmed module, field, layout, rule, and view milestones while cloning. Progress survives navigation and reload, History refreshes while open, and stopped requests retain the changes already made.
- Create custom modules and more field types, add or rename picklist options, arrange layout sections and required fields, and create or update layout and validation rules. Read, create, and edit Deluge function source and bind functions to automation. Every configuration change requires explicit approval, including in Full access.
- Onboarding now asks you to choose a permission mode before connecting Zoho and explains each consent scope. New installs start without an update notice; existing users can catch up on missed releases.
- Tall approval cards scroll with Approve and Reject kept in reach. Chat preserves your message line breaks, History resets its scroll when opened, and usage warnings stay inside the panel with an Upgrade action.
- More reliable Task searches identify the related module and handle long record IDs accurately. Permission changes apply to running work, and security fixes tighten sign-in, page capture, attachment handling, and approval validation.
