Your Zoho CRM, one request away.

Search, create, and update CRM records from a Chrome side panel that puts you in control of every write.

14 days of Pro free, then Free foreverApproval-first writesDeletes always ask first

An example conversation, not a live CRM.

what it does

Ask the way you would ask a colleague.

The assistant never gets a general-purpose connection to your CRM.It gets sixty-six published actions, and the kind an action belongs to is what decides whether it needs your approval.

  • List every contact at Acme, with their email and owner.

    • search_records
    • get_fields

Reads only. A table in the panel, and nothing in your CRM moves.

  • What has happened with Acme lately, and who is on it?

    • get_record
    • get_related_records
    • get_timeline

Reads only. A briefing pulled from the record, its related lists and its history.

  • Are these leads ready to convert — company, email and phone?

    • search_records
    • get_fields

Reads only. Tells you which are complete and exactly what the rest are missing.

  • Log this call on the Hartley account and follow up Thursday.

    • create_note
    • create_record

Waits for you. Shows the note and the task before either one is written.

Runs immediately in every permission mode.

What it will never do

  • Empty your recycle bin. A deletion reaches Zoho’s bin and stops there. Nothing here clears it out early or shortens the 60 days.
  • Remove a saved view. Views can be created and changed, never deleted — a stale view is harmless, one your colleagues relied on is not.
  • Delete your CRM configuration. It can create or update a reviewed set of configuration, but never deletes modules, fields, layouts, workflows, actions, webhooks, notifications, or functions.
  • Export your database. There is no bulk download of your records — not to us, not to anywhere else.

None of these are settings you could switch on. They were never built, and the list above is the whole surface.

permission modes

One setting decides what a request is allowed to become.

Every new account starts on Approve each write. You can tighten it to read-only or opt into automatic writes, and the setting applies from your next message.

Chat-only

Read-only. The assistant can search and answer, but it cannot change CRM records.

The write never happens.

Approve each write

Default

Review every proposed CRM change before it happens.

The write waits on an approval card.

Full access

Writes happen automatically without asking you first.

The write runs, then shows you what it did.
  • Enforced by the API, not the panel
  • Configuration, email, deletion always ask
  • Never reads the pages you visit
  • Revoke at Zoho any time

how it works

Install. Sign in. Connect Zoho.

Three steps, none of which leave the browser you are already in.The panel docks beside the tab you are working in — it does not replace your CRM, and it does not open one of its own.

  1. 01

    Install the extension

Add the assistant from the Chrome Web Store and open its side panel. It sits beside whatever tab you are already working in.

  2. 02

Sign in in the side panel

Create an account or sign in without leaving the panel. Free needs no card, and the code we email confirms the address.

  3. 03

    Connect Zoho CRM

Approve Zoho access in the consent tab that opens on Zoho’s own page, then come back to the panel and start asking.

faq

Before you connect your CRM

What can the assistant do in Zoho CRM?
Sixty-six actions, and the “what it does” section lists every one of them by name. Thirty-two read — search and aggregate any module, follow related lists, read timelines, record emails and attached documents, list saved views, tags and layouts, look up what was deleted, and inspect how your CRM is configured: profiles, modules, fields, layouts, workflow rules and their usage, automation actions, email templates, webhooks, functions, the Deluge source of a function, what attaches a function to a module, and the layout and validation rules on a layout. Ten write — create records and notes, update fields on one record or on a set of up to two hundred, put deleted records back, save and change custom views, convert a lead, change an owner, and manage tags. Twenty-two configure — create a custom module, recreate an existing module’s structure as a new one, add custom fields of any common type, change field and module labels and settings, add and rename picklist options, add a layout section and move fields into it, create or change layout rules that show or require fields and validation rules that refuse a wrong value, and create or change workflow rules, automation actions, email notifications, Deluge functions including their source, and what attaches a function to a module; every one of these waits for your approval even in Full access, and none of them deletes anything. One removes: moving records to your Zoho recycle bin, which always waits for your approval even in Full access, and which nothing here can make permanent. One reaches outside the CRM: sending an email, which also always waits. A set edit is one approval card that names how many records it covers, so you approve the count you can see. There is no export.
Can I send it a file?
Yes. The composer takes text, Markdown, CSV and JSON files, spreadsheets (.xlsx), PDFs, and images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp), up to 10 MB each; anything else is refused by name rather than quietly ignored. A file is read on our servers before the model sees it — text is extracted and sent as text, and an image, or a PDF page that carries no text layer of its own, is sent as a picture of that page. One message carries up to five such pictures. Attachments are stored with the conversation you sent them in and are deleted with it or with your account. Later in that same conversation the extracted text is still there, so follow-up questions about a spreadsheet or a contract work; images are not re-sent, and the assistant asks you to attach the file again rather than answer from memory of it.
How are CRM changes kept safe?
The API exposes a curated set of actions and enforces permission mode on the server. New accounts start in Approve each write, so you review the exact proposed change before it happens. You can switch to Chat-only or deliberately opt into Full access; sending email, deleting records, and changing CRM configuration ask in every mode.
Does the extension read every page I visit?
No. Page content and selected text are sent only when you explicitly attach or invoke the assistant on them. There are no always-on content scripts and no permission to read every site in the background.
Which Zoho CRM editions work?
Your Zoho CRM edition and profile must include API access. Some free-edition organizations do not, and an administrator may need to enable API access for your profile. A few features are edition-gated on Zoho’s side — tags, for example — and the assistant tells you which it is rather than sending you to an admin who cannot help.
Can I rely on every AI answer?
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review important answers and every proposed write. Approval mode is the default specifically so a suggestion does not become a CRM change without your confirmation.
How does pricing work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. When the 14 days are up nothing is switched off: the assistant keeps working on Free with a smaller weekly limit, and you add a card only if you want Pro's room back. Every plan has a weekly usage limit. Your week begins with your first request and runs seven days, then a fresh limit starts with your next one. Free is permanent and needs no card; Pro is a monthly Stripe subscription with 5x the Free usage, and Enterprise is sized per organization. The pricing page publishes roughly how many requests each covers.
What happens when I hit the usage limit?
New requests pause until the limit resets, and nothing is lost — your chats, approvals and CRM data are untouched. The panel shows exactly when the reset happens. We never charge overage, so a heavy week costs you nothing extra; on Free you can upgrade to keep working straight away.
Can I disconnect Zoho or delete my account?
Yes. Disconnect Zoho from the extension at any time, or revoke access at accounts.zoho.com. The web Account page can permanently delete your product account and its stored CRM connection, chats, and settings.
