Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. When the 14 days are up nothing is switched off: the assistant keeps working on Free with a smaller weekly limit, and you add a card only if you want Pro's room back.
Every plan includes the same supported CRM actions and the same approval controls. They differ only in how much work you can ask for each week: Free needs no card, Pro is billed monthly through Stripe once the trial ends, and Enterprise is sized per organization.
