The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists open deals with no activity for a long time or closing dates far in the past, grouped by owner. You choose which to close, keep or reassign, and it writes your choices once you approve.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Every quarter the pipeline looks bigger than it is. Deals from last year still sit in Proposal, their closing dates long gone and no activity since. Nobody wants to close them blindly in case one is still alive, so they stay and the forecast keeps counting them.
the solution
Set what counts as old:
Show open deals with no activity in 90 days or a closing date more than 60 days ago, grouped by owner.
The assistant reads your open Deals, their Last Activity Time and Closing Date, and shows a review list grouped by owner, with the reason each deal is on it.
You choose what happens to each deal or group: close it as lost, keep it, or reassign it to another owner. Nothing is written until you approve, and changes to more than 20 records ask for a final confirmation. It does not close anything you did not choose.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

without the assistant
You can do this in Zoho CRM yourself. Here are the steps.
The view is quick. The slow part is collecting each owner’s answer and applying different changes to different deals.
questions
No. It shows a review list and closes, keeps or reassigns only the deals you choose. Changes to more than 20 records ask for a final confirmation before anything is written.
Stage on the deals you choose to close, and Deal Owner on the deals you choose to reassign. Optionally a loss reason or a note, if you give one. Nothing until you approve.
It reads open deals, their owner, Last Activity Time and Closing Date. Old is what you say in the request: no activity in a number of days, a closing date more than a number of days ago, or both. You can also limit it to one stage, owner or pipeline.
Yes. When it changes the owner, it can also move the deal’s open tasks, meetings and calls to the new owner, if you ask.
It works from what your CRM recorded. A deal the owner is still working on, but never logs activity for, looks abandoned. That is why it only lists and waits for your choice.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
