The Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You type what you need, such as “quotes sent more than two weeks ago with no answer”. It reads your Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Products and Price Books, together with the deals and accounts they belong to, and shows you what it found.
These modules are part of Zoho CRM’s inventory features, which are available only in some editions. If your CRM does not show them, the use cases here do not apply.
When the answer needs a change, such as a follow-up task or a new list price, it shows you the change first and writes nothing until you approve it.

It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices and Price Books are available only in some Zoho CRM editions. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
No. It reads and updates the records in Zoho CRM; it does not produce quote or invoice PDFs. It can send one email at a time from your own Zoho-approved address, logged on a record, without attachments. Sending an email always asks you to confirm.
Not unless you choose to. The side panel starts in Approve writes mode: it shows each change, such as a new list price with the old and new figure, and writes nothing until you approve. Chat-only mode blocks writes altogether, and Full access is opt-in. Changing more than 20 records at once asks for a final confirmation.
Yes. It works from what your CRM recorded. A payment never marked on the invoice, or a sales order not linked to its deal, makes a record look overdue or missing. Check each list before you approve.
