Keep open Cases moving: give unassigned ones an owner, follow up the ones nobody has touched, and link each case to the right customer.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
A case comes in from the web form and lands on a shared queue user. Another was opened a week ago and has not changed since. A third came from an email address nobody linked to a contact. Each one is visible in the Cases list, but nobody goes through it case by case.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe which cases you mean in plain words. It reads your Cases, their owners, status, priority and history, and the contacts and accounts they belong to. It shows you what it found and writes to your CRM only after you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
No. These use cases work on the Cases module inside Zoho CRM. The assistant does not read or change Zoho Desk tickets.
Only what you approve: a new case owner, a follow-up task, or the contact and account on a case. It does not change a case’s status, priority or description unless you ask, and it does not reply to the customer.
It works from what the case records show. A case someone worked on without saving anything looks untouched, and an email address shared by two contacts gives an uncertain match. Review every list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
