Start every new customer the same way: a kickoff for each won deal and your standard onboarding tasks with due dates.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The contract is signed and the salesperson is on to the next deal. Nobody created the kickoff task, the onboarding steps live in someone’s head, and each new customer gets a slightly different start. In Zoho CRM nothing says which won deals are still waiting.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words. It reads your won deals, accounts, tasks and meetings, shows you which customers have no kickoff or onboarding tasks yet, and writes to your CRM only after you approve.
pricing
Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
No. For onboarding it creates tasks, linked to the won deal, and only after you approve. Deals, accounts, stages and amounts are not edited.
Deals in your won stage and their closing dates, the account and contacts on each deal, and the tasks and meetings already linked to the deal or the account.
No. These use cases work with standard Zoho CRM records: won deals, accounts and tasks. Your checklist is plain text you give the assistant, and it can save it among its own saved notes for later requests.
It works from what your CRM recorded. A kickoff arranged by phone and never logged looks missing, and a task named differently from the subject you give is not recognised. Review the list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
