Get a one-screen brief on a client before a call, see today's meetings with their open deals and tasks, and list what you still need to learn on a deal.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The deal is in one tab, the last email in another, the notes from the previous call somewhere on the account, and the open task you promised in a list you forgot to check. Before a call there is rarely time to open them all.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You name the client, the deal or the day. It reads the deals, contacts, meetings, calls, tasks, notes and email subjects on those records, and shows a short brief.
Briefs are read-only. It writes nothing unless you ask to save the brief or the questions as a note, and that waits for your approval.
pricing
Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
No. A brief only reads. If you ask it to save the brief or a list of questions as a note on the deal or account, it shows the note first and writes it only after you approve.
It reads the emails logged on the CRM record: subject, date and sender, and the text of one email at a time when you ask. It does not read your mailbox outside Zoho CRM.
It summarizes what was recorded. Old notes, a missed log or a deal stage nobody updated make the brief out of date in the same way. Check anything you are about to quote to the client.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
