Will it change my leads?

Only what you approve. For re-engagement it creates tasks or sets the Lead Status you choose. It does not convert or delete leads unless you ask for it in a separate request.

Does it send emails to old leads?

No bulk sends. It can send one email at a time from your own Zoho-approved address, logged on the lead, and sending always asks you to confirm. Zoho allows up to 100 a day per user.

It works from the dates and activities your CRM recorded. A lead someone called without logging the call looks untouched. Check the examples in each group before you approve.

Will it work on my Zoho CRM edition?

It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
