The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists accounts with several won deals but none for longer than the gap you set, with the count of past deals and the date of the last one. You review the list, and it creates follow-up tasks only if you ask and approve.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Some customers come back on their own: a new order every few months, no chasing needed. That is exactly why nobody notices when one stops. The last order was most of a year ago, the account looks fine in the list, and the first sign of trouble is a lost renewal.
the solution
Say what “regular” and “too long” mean for your business:
Find accounts with at least 3 won deals whose last won deal is more than 9 months ago. Show the number of won deals, the last one and the owner.
The assistant groups your won deals by account, counting them and finding the latest closing date for each, then keeps the accounts that match your rule. It lists them with the number of won deals, the date of the last one and the account owner.
The list is read-only: nothing is written. If you then ask for a follow-up task per account, it shows the tasks first and creates them, linked to the account, only after you approve. To check when anyone last spoke to these customers, see Find customers with no recent contact.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
Not for the list: it only reads. If you ask for follow-up tasks, it creates them, linked to the account, only after you approve. Accounts and deals are not edited.
Deals in your won stage, with their account and closing date, and the owner of each account. It totals and counts them by account rather than opening each deal.
Yes. Ask for accounts whose time since the last won deal is longer than their usual gap between won deals. It then reads the closing dates of each account’s won deals to work out the gap. A customer with only two or three won deals gives a rough gap, so check those accounts yourself.
It counts what was recorded as won deals. A customer who still buys through invoices or orders that are not deals in Zoho CRM looks lapsed, and a deal closed with the wrong date shifts the result. Check the accounts before anyone calls them.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
