The Zoho CRM AI Assistant explains who can see a module's records, from the organization's sharing defaults, the role hierarchy and the sharing rules that apply. It only reads, and changes nothing.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Someone asks why a rep in one team sees another team's deals, or why a manager cannot see a deal at all. The answer depends on the module's default access, who reports to whom, peer sharing and sharing rules, each on a different settings screen.
the solution
Name the module, and a role or person if the question is about them:
Who can see Deals records in our CRM? Explain the default access, the role hierarchy and any sharing rules that apply.
It reads the organization's default access for the module, the roles with who reports to whom and whether peers share records, and the sharing rules on the module with their source, recipient and access level. Then it explains, layer by layer, who sees which records and why.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
No. This request only reads. Changing roles, groups or sharing rules is a separate request, and every security change asks for a final confirmation.
The module's default access setting, the role hierarchy with each role's users and peer sharing, and the sharing rules on the module: who shares with whom and at which access level.
A profile decides what a user can do with a module, such as view, edit or delete. Sharing decides which records they see. Ask about a profile separately and it reads that profile's rights.
Its explanation is only as complete as what Zoho returns. Criteria-based sharing rules and territories are not read in detail, and if part of the sharing metadata cannot be read, it says the answer is incomplete rather than that no rule exists. Check those parts in Zoho CRM Setup.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. Reading security settings needs an administrator profile. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
